Q: As a leading realtor since 1985, what changes you have seen in today’s market?
A: The biggest change is the impact of Covid 19. As a former nurse, I understood the need to protect others and quickly adapted. As a problem solver, I sought new ways to safely reach clients. I expanded online marketing, digital presentation, use of Zoom, 3D tours, Virtual staging and social media. I keep a pulse on where buyers are coming from so that my marketing is targeted to attract the highest results. Buyers are coming to Orange County from populated cities thus increasing demand. I market to local and out-of-area clients and agents while using my seasoned experience to garner top value for my sellers and my extensive network to find properties for my buyers.

Q: Why Orange County?
A: Newport Beach South to San Clemente and inland to Coto de Caza, my areas of expertise, provide the most beautiful real estate in California with resort-like living, equestrian estates, fine dining and shopping, stunning views, Harbors, Golf courses, Hiking and surf. Its a sense of safety, quality of life, employment security and education that is unmatched. Buyers are not just buying a home they’re buying a lifestyle. When my clients move to OC, their only regret is that they didn’t move sooner!

Q: Is this a good time for Real Estate?
