Roger’s Realty and Seven Gables Real Estate recently announced their merger, creating an agency with roots in Newport Beach and Tustin.
Roger’s Realty has been connecting clients to homes in Corona del Mar for over 40 years. Company namesake Roger Mckinnon is known in some circles as the “mayor of real estate” in Newport.
“He’s a world of knowledge and we take huge pride in the fact that he selected Seven Gables as the firm to merge with his legacy,” says a statement by Mike Hickman, president of Seven Gables. The Tustin-based agency was established in 1976.
The merged Corona del Mar office also hosts Seven Gables’ alliances with Walter Johnson Yachts and Luxury Coast Lifestyle.
Managed by Walter Johnson and Leeann Iacino, Walter Johnson Yachts offers boat brokerage services including sales, management, service and charter. Luxury Coast Lifestyle is a real estate brokerage partnering with Seven Gables Real Estate.
