Laguna Beach Real Estate Market Update
As of Dec. 27, 25 properties have closed (12 were less than $1 million, 7 were $1 million to $2 million, 4 were $2 million to $3m and 2 were more than $3m).
6 were short sales and 2 were foreclosures.

There are 7 properties for sale in foreclosure, which is consistent.
