Toll Brothers recently acquired 258 estate-size home sites on the Irvine Ranch and intends to build two new neighborhoods in Hidden Canyon, atop one of the highest vistas in southwest Irvine, surrounded by preserved open space, walking trails and 7.5 miles from Laguna Beach.
Toll Brothers anticipates opening Capri and Marbella collections at Hidden Canyon next spring, the company said in a statement.
Homes of at least 4,000 sq. ft. and six bedrooms will be situated on home sites as large as 19,000 square feet.
