Instead of storing unused electronics or tearing documents, drop off unwanted electronics and discarded papers at a drive through recycling station from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 20, at Surterre Properties’ Newport Beach office, 1400 Newport Center Drive.

This is a free service with no forms to complete and guests won’t even need to get out of their car. Surterre agents and volunteers will collect from cars the electronic waste, which will be delivered to a recycling center.

In addition, ProShred will take care of paper shredding needs on-site and recycle the final shredded materials.

“Our commitment to our environment and to local organizations that are trying to spread the word is unwavering,” explains Paula Ansara-Wilhelm, chief marketing officer of the real estate firm, which she says uses eco-friendly and recycled materials in its offices.
