Newport Beach’s Surterre Properties will open an in-house property management division on March 1, the company said in a statement this week.
Headed by 23-year property management administrator Vicky Melin, the division will provide a full spectrum of services and guidance to clients who want to protect their investment while maximizing its profit potential.
The addition of a property management division is a natural extension of Surterre’s full-service approach. “Our clients continue to request property management services from us because they want Surterre to handle all of their real estate affairs,” said Gary Legrand, Surterre’s president and chief executive.
Melin will supervise property management services such as tenant screening, maintenance, rent collection, bill paying, property inspection, advertising and marketing, said a company statement.
