Newport Beach residents were able to dispose of their old electronics and documents in a clean, green, and efficient manner at Surterre’s eWaste and document shredding event on Feb. 4.
Held at Surterre’s Newport Beach office, neighbors brought 4,200 pounds of electronic waste for disposal. Surterre and the Newport Beach community’s commitment to Goodwill’s environmentally conscious shredding and recycling service saved many trees.
Surterre’s eWaste drives offer a convenient way for locals to keep our planet and its landfills clean. Everyone is encouraged to bring old electronics and documents for recycling. There are no forms to complete, and any stored data is safely and completely eradicated.
