Wayne Woodyard, whose real estate career spans more than two decades as an agent and branch manager, has been named Orange County vice president and regional manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
“We fully believe in promoting from within where it makes sense, and this one truly did. We know Wayne will do a superb job motivating agents to always provide clients with the high-level service they expect and deserve,” said Mary Lee Blaylock, president and chief executive.
Woodyard served as 2016 president of the 15,000-member Orange County Association of Realtors and held the same post at the Laguna Beach Board of Realtors in ‘09 and ’07, says a company announcement.
He is also involved in the industry’s state and and national associations and is a director of the California Regional Multiple Listing Service, the announcement says.
As an agent, Woodyard routinely sold more than 100 homes a year. He has been with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since 2012. He will remain manager of the company’s Monarch Beach and San Clemente offices. He lives with his family in Irvine, the statement says.
