Q: What would you say your unique area of specialty is among the diverse home styles in Laguna Beach?
A: The Cottage. I have helped my clients with all types of homes and I enjoy them all. But my special passion is the unique cottages that many consider the soul of Laguna Beach. The cottages are what first attracted me to this town 30 years ago and they still hold a special place in my heart. And I understand them and have been successful in helping my cottage clients.
Q: Why do you think you have achieved success?
A: Two keys: staying knowledgeable and strong communications. Obviously having a strong marketing organization and a professional track record are crucial. But even with the best marketing a lack of solid market knowledge will result in poor judgements of value. And customers want honest and timely communications at all times because this one of their biggest financial endeavors.

A: A morning walk on the beach of course!
