New Branch Managers, Greg Bingham and Cas Pinkowski, Bring a Combined 36 Years of Experience to Coldwell Banker Newport Beach Offices
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced new management at two of its Newport Beach offices. Greg Bingham has been promoted to branch manager of the Fashion Island, Newport Beach office. In addition, Cas Pinkowski has been appointed branch manager of the Newport Center office.
Since 1996, Greg Bingham has worked as a real estate agent in the Southern California beach areas, and greater Long Beach and the South Bay. In 2003, upon retiring from his interest in his sports management agency, he joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Beach. In 2006, Bingham took over the management of the 84 agent award-winning office. In 2008, with the acquisition of his office, he joined his profitable practice with the expanding Coldwell Banker Los Angeles and Orange County companies, and returned to working directly with his clients.
Bingham returned to management with his position as branch manager of the Newport Beach Fashion Island and Lido Island offices. Once again placing on hold a highly successful sales practice for management, he said, “I have had an exceptional career in sales and marketing, but always knew that my passion is helping those around me be successful. I am grateful that real estate as a career and especially as practiced at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage provides the outlet for my creativity and passion.”
Cas Pinkowski began his real estate career in 1990 at Tarbell Realtors, and developed his career as a broker and manager at Century 21, Prudential California Realty, The Summit Real Estate Group, RE/MAX, Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty and ALTERA Real Estate (formerly RE/MAX). In addition, Pinkowski served as director of the Orange County Association of Realtors from 2001-2010 and the National Association of Realtors from 2005-2010.
