Q: Why Laguna Beach?
A: Being raised here and raising my own children here, I’ve loved Laguna’s beautiful scenery and small community feel, which all help sell the lifestyle. Being able to sponsor special events like the town Patriot’s Day parade is icing on the cake!
Q: What got you into real estate?
A: I’m grateful for my first career as a script supervisor on major motion pictures but the travel was tough. As daughter and granddaughter of top sales professionals, real estate was a natural transition. A broker since 1989, my mother, Pamela Horton, took me under her wing as partner and I was fortunate to learn from the best. My brother, Jace Horton, joined us and now rounds out the family team.
Q: How was real estate in 2020 for the Horton Team?
A: For our clients, 2020 was an amazingly busy and successful year. We closed 22 sales transactions and 7 leases, both off and on market.
Q: What is the best part about your job?
A: Buying or selling a home is a huge life event. I proudly enjoy offering my guidance and expertise with a genuine interest in everyone’s satisfaction through such a time of transition.
