How did you meet Todd Davis?
I was introduced to Todd through another agent. At the time, I was working with clients that wanted to buy a beach house in Coastal Orange County. To give my clients and close friends the best service possible, I wanted to partner with a local agent that was experienced and had extensive insider knowledge. From the first time we met, I loved Todd’s positive energy and his ability to make those around him feel instantly comfortable and at ease.

Favorite thing about working with Todd?
Todd is a do-er! We share the same “no job is too big or small” work ethic. It’s because of this that we quickly built mutual trust—critical when you’re letting another agent handle your personal clients.

What have your clients said about Todd?
My clients absolutely adore Todd! They love that he is trustworthy, extremely great at communicating, strong when necessary, and always a lot of fun.

Describe a time when Todd’s level of service surpassed your expectations?
Todd’s level of customer service goes above and beyond. A couple of months ago we sold a gorgeous beach house in Monarch Bay to our clients. Shortly after escrow closed and before our clients moved in, we noticed that birds would congregate at the property. As anyone who spends time at the beach knows, birds love a great perch, and they can be messy! Todd would get on his hands and knees to clean the bird poop every time before our clients arrived. He thought it was important that they got to enjoy the view on a clean deck!
