Matt Tutton began real estate after a highly successful tenure in professional sports with The Los Angeles Galaxy and his previous role in advertising with Outfront Media. A proven leader, Matt is known for building elite teams and is responsible for generating millions of dollars of positive revenue for corporations. Matt attributes much of his professional success to being immersed in extremely competitive environments that demand energy, creative solutions, and solid relationships.
Matt joined Th e File Group in 2022 and had a banner year with over $32 million dollars in sales in just 6 months. It took little time for him to become recognized as a significant player in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the county.
From new construction at 217 Larkspur to teardowns at 417 Goldenrod and 512 Begonia. Matt set record sale prices and finished as one of the top ten agents in Corona del Mar in sales volume for 2022. Dedicated to “Live It” every day in real estate, Matt’s mantra defines his approach and serves as the foundation for achieving the ideal outcome for a wide variety of clients. Whether purchasing or selling, he believes uncovering the full potential of an opportunity requires the agent to be completely immersed in the environment.
